I brought over 10 of this product and was satisfied with it!
I made this afghan when It was sold as a kit. Very easy instructions and excellent results. Everyone loved the afghan. I’m going to make this afghan in different colors. Rewarding project. Easy to follow instructions.
Working on this cardigan now. The instructions are so far easy to follow and well written.
Haven’t started it yet but the colors are gorgeous!
I love Red Heart Super Saver yarn. Great quality. I use this yarn for most of my projects.
So pleasantly surprised. I couldn't tell from the photo how textured the stitches were going to be ... but I loved it. Learned the stitches following the pattern and worked up the first block in two evenings.
Love this yarn
This yarn has it all. So soft, great drape for a chunky yarn, a joy to work with, and the flecks of color hold my interest. The claret is a deep red, a wine red, and I had to buy up more as well as other colors! I went through a test of stitches that worked best and I found the moss stitch was the best for a simple mindless repeat for a throw project. Wonderful yarn. I can honestly say I bought up enough to last me awhile.
I cannot wait to start this project. So fun and exciting! I love that Mary Maxim is still in business...such good memories from when I was a brand new knitter, who was taught by my great grandma.
Really like the look of the hat sand matching scarf. The yarn colors it what drew me in.
Love this yarn! So soft. Very easy to work with.
I am a complete newbie. Never knew how to knit but I practiced and learnt all the required techniques before I worked with my actual yarn. The multi coloured intarsia is quite hard for beginners so I would recommend using only 2 colours for intarsia and duplicate stitch the remaining colours and details. Completed the prohject in 1.5 months and while it definitely doesn't look as good as an experienced knitter since I've made a lot of mistakes on the intarsia parts, I am very proud of my cardigan :> Amaze amaze amaze!
I love this yarn! I make baby blankets to donate to local places. The yarn is soft, doesn't split, and has a great colo selection. AND its machine wash and dry!
Great pattern. I have the locomotive sweater that my Mother knit for my Dan in the 70's
Great yarn!

This yarn is incredible. It works up really nice. Only thing that gave me fits was the grid pattern. As a visual person I got off track so many times because the picture on the gridhad the light color was the dark yarn and the dark color on the grid was the light yarn.
I was so excited to get this kit but once I started to make it, I realized that it isn’t soft at all. I was going to make this as a baby afghan but I would not use it for my baby. Sad
This is the worst yarn I ever bought. It just knots up.- big knots as I tried to pull it out of the skein. I spent more time trying to get the knots out than I did knitting. I am done with it.
I want to enjoy knitting- no way with this yarn

I purchased this yarn to make prayer shawls. The first thing I noticed about it is that it seems quite thin for a worsted weight yarn; it feels very light, like a sport weight yarn. The color looked beautiful in the skein, but it looks more like a burlap bag as the shawl is getting bigger. And it looks like it has a white cat's hair all over it, with little lint balls. I won't purchase this yarn again.

This yarn has been a go-to for me in the construction of baby blankets, including a pink one like above for my Granddog Eileen. She loves it and likes to be snugged up in her pink dog bed bing covered up at the beginning of her snooze, but rearranging it more comfortably later.
I love this yarn so much that I purchased more and created a beautiful shawlette, head warmer, and men's scarf! My mom even wants a shawlette now in the same Alpaca Tweed. So soft, lays nicely, and is easy to hand wash. Warm enough for cold snowy days and windy days! Can't say enough positive about this yarn!
This yarn knits up very nicely and easily cared for following instructions on the label. The fleck in the fibers often comes to the surface while knitting, however.
I love this yarn. My fingers have some arthritis and this yarn is very gentle through my hands. It is so soft and knits and crochets beautifully. The alpaca gives it extra warmth and beauty. I will gift the afghan made with this yarn with confidence and assurance that it will be received with joy!
Quality products. Always a pleasure to order from Mary Maxim. Fast delivery.
Another color I picked out for my granny square afghsn. These wool yarns are all brilliant colors.
These are all for a granny square afghan pattern I decide to make in this pretty yarn.
These are all beautiful yarns for my sweater patterns. It is why I decided to buy the sweater kirs.
These wool colors are so pretty. It is great for my afghan pattern.
This is the same beautiful wool yarn included in some of kits that I wanted for an Afghan pattern.
Beautiful colors and easy to work with. I'm using the recommended needles and wish I'd used smaller ones to get a denser drape.
The alpaca made a very warm yet lightweight hat. Definitely easy to hook and finished hat was appreciated but the recipient, sadly I forgot to take a picture of this one or the green one that went to the same individual.
Just really love this yarn for my sweate.
Soft and easy to knit. Made a beautiful shawl for my son.
Beautiful color and feel. Looking forward to making a scarf from it.
Love the color and texture of the yarn, but can be a little difficult at times, as it does split easily and there are some areas that have clumps or threads not spun together. I am almost finished with my project and is turning out to be very nice looking.
Très bonne laine je ne connaissait pas l'alpaga
Gorgeous thread, love everything about it! Would order 20 more if I had a project I needed
First time for this. I just "had" to try it. Very soft.
All my orders from your store have been most excellent. I have never been disappointed from all the service involved when ordering yarn eg. tracking, up dated info etc.
Beautiful yarn delived right away
