A beautifully textured cardigan to knit with our exclusive pattern, designed to feel both casual and comfortable. Subtle decorative ribbing adds gentle structure, while meandering diamond‑shaped cables create rich visual interest throughout the fabric. The oversized collar brings an inviting touch of coziness, making this cardigan a piece you’ll reach for whenever you want comfort with refined style. Designed using Mary Maxim Aran Irish Twist or Tweed, which provided 190 yds per 3.5 oz skein at the time. Shop all of our worsted-weight yarns for color options if you prefer! Keep in mind, yardages can vary. Materials List: Size 32-38 (10 skeins), Sizes 40-46 (11 skeins). Also requires cable needles, along with knitting needles size 6 (4 mm) and 8 (5 mm). Fits sizes 32-38, and 40-46—Experienced knitting.
Stitch Requirements: Cast on, cast off, knit, purl, increase, decrease, repeat, slip, place marker, through the back loop, twist stitch, cross right, cross left, twist front, twist back.

It turned out beautifully
The pattern itself has been a really interesting challenge, as my first colorwork piece. It's just the right amount of challenge without being overwhelming. The kit is great, it had just enough yarn for everything, and some leftover for my first few mistakes! It didn't come with any closure (buttons/zipper), but I'm actually glad for that, as I'm quite picky with that sort of thing and am happy to find my own.
Overall, I'm very glad to have purchased and knitted the whole thing! Definitely recommend, and I was thrilled to be able to support a MI brand.
