Description
Create a beautiful afghan with this graph-style crochet pattern! The finished dimensions are 48 x 68" (122 x 173 cm), making it the perfect addition to any home decor. Originally created in 1960 with Mary Maxim Mellowspun, it had 420 yds per skein. We suggest using Mary Maxim's Mellowspun DK Sport-weight yarn for optimum results. Please note, color selections and yardage have changed. Also requires an afghan hook size U.S. J-10 (6mm) and crochet hook U.S. size E-4 (3.5 mm). Intermediate crochet.
Stitch Requirements: Chain, single crochet, slip stitch, color changes.
