I’m making a marled throw for my g-grandson holding two strands Premier Colorfusion DK yarn. I’m using a yarn strand from each end of the skein to develop the marled design. The throw in the Blue Jean color is turning out perfect for a 12yr old boy. I’ve added stripes of different colors every 12 rows throughout the throw.
The Premier Colorfusion Dk yarn is soft & nice to work with. I recommend this yarn.

A lot of fun to make
I struggled with the pattern start a bit but I caught on (my skills are emerging intermediate). The item is beautiful and it has a nice heft to it because of the yarn. In order for it to appear like the photo you have to stuff it but honestly, it makes a beautiful tote.

Basket came out nice but thought it would be sturdy. Must fill it full to have it stand up.
I have started this 3 times and cannot get through first 2 rows with correct count. 1 st row I have 12 stitches. However 2nd row it says sc in next 3 then 2 dx in next sc. that is 5 stitches - if I do this 3 times it is 15 stitches not 18. The row 3 does not work as you need 18 stitches. It continues to be messed up. I sm ready to toss this pattern.

I knew I wanted to try crocheting with t-shirt yarn but was unsure how much to buy or if I would like working with this yarn. This kit was perfect for me. The instructions were easy to follow and all the yarn needed was right there.

Instructions for base of basket way off. Finally had to make my own adjustments. I ran out of the Contrast Color so had to finish off with the Main Color. It looks like the picture otherwise.

Love these baskets. All my daughters and granddaughters want one.
It’s not really, in my opinion, a basket. It’s more like a tote. It doesn’t stand up on its own. It’s only barrel-shaped in the picture because it’s packed to appear like that. I was a bit disappointed.

The basket yarn is not as picture shows. They sent a new ball of yarn it still does not look like what you bought. They tried but the yarn is no where near as pretty as picture. They should remove picture because it is deceiving.

This was a great basket to do for a change of pace. I usually do baby blankets. The basket was very easy to do and it came out great. I really enjoyed making it!! I did it in the teal, love the color, very pleased with it!!
Literally from round 1 - 12 stitches to round 2 - 18 stitches the directions are incorrect and then every round count after that is incorrect. I believe they skipped a round of directions based on every other pattern I've done. So now I am questioning the rest of the pattern. Bummer.

Love the basket but many problems with te pattern
I liked making this kit. Unfortunately, there was not enough of the secondary color to make it as pictured. I had to finish the basket with the main color after secondary ran out. This is the 2nd Mary Maxim kit where yarn was short.
