I had a great experience with Mary Maxim customer service. One of the yarns in my recent order was splitting quite a bit while I was working with it. I honestly thought it might just be one of those chances you take with yarn, but I called to ask about it.
The customer service representative was so nice and told me the yarn should not be separating like that. They sent me a replacement without making the process difficult at all. I was really pleased with how helpful, friendly, and easy they were to work with. Great customer service makes such a difference, and I really appreciated it!
First time ordering a surprise color and I was pleasantly surprised with the color. I made myself a fun sun hat for the beach. It’s floppy so my next one will use some wire for the edge but I still think it’s cute
Good products at a good price
I’m still pretty new to using cotton yarn, and I really love the speckled colors in Premier Cotton. The little pops of color are so cute in finished projects and make even simple patterns look extra fun. It’s easy to work with, has nice stitch definition, and works great for the hats, dishcloths, and other cotton projects I’ve been making. I’ll definitely keep buying the speckles!

It has nice stitch definition, holds its shape well, and is still soft and easy to work with. I’ve even had to pull out and redo a few sections, and the yarn has held up great. Definitely a cotton yarn I’ll keep using!

I would have rated this one 5 stars but the sides and back are incredibly boring, not creative looking at all. Most of the yarn was good quality except for the off white. It was rough feeling and looked rough after stitching. I added a wreath to the front to make it more interesting.
I love making these buildings! They look so cute when put together as a village. I make them for family as well as myself and everyone loves them!
