I’m making a marled throw for my g-grandson holding two strands Premier Colorfusion DK yarn. I’m using a yarn strand from each end of the skein to develop the marled design. The throw in the Blue Jean color is turning out perfect for a 12yr old boy. I’ve added stripes of different colors every 12 rows throughout the throw.
The Premier Colorfusion Dk yarn is soft & nice to work with. I recommend this yarn.

I made this kit last Halloween but I forgot to post a review. This was a tricky kit to make, lots of intricate pieces and it was hard to get some of the pieces sewn together just because of the angles, but it turned out so great and everyone who sees this loves it. Cutting out the fence was difficult, some of the pieces got cut where they shouldn't, but I figured a haunted house would definitely have a broken fence in some places, lol. Overall it was a lot of fun, the instructions were clear, and I really loved making it.

I always love the kits I buy from Mary Maxim! This is a more detailed pattern, but is turning out beautifully. I plan to use it for a table centrepiece, and decorate with some miniature Halloween figures I have instead of filling with candy. So cute!
