Colors swirl as blocks are made to complete this light and cozy throw. Crochet kit includes Mary Maxim Prism DK weight yarn (Shown in Iris) and pattern. Finished size 42" (106.68 cm) x 52" (132.08 cm). Requires Crochet Hook 7 (4.5 mm).
Stitch Requirements: Chain, single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet, slip, together, treble crochet, yarn over.

I thought this was a gorgeous pattern but I simply could not get it to come out very well. I ended up using the yarn to make an afghan using a stitch I learned on Bag O Day. The yarn looks wonderful and I get lots of positive comments on the afghan. Since the original pattern wasn't very good for me I made up my own and I'm very happy with it.

This afghan is next for my hook. I will be taking it while traveling since I can work on blocks one at a time. Love Mary Maxim Prism yarn, I think it is my favorite of their brand.
Such a beautiful kit. I purchased it in the autumn color way. The prism yarn is just beautiful. The instructions are well written and easy to understand. I consider myself an advanced beginner, since I just learned how to read patterns and have had no trouble following along. It's a really beautiful project, gonna buy more for sure.

Yarn is thick and thin and fuzzy. I found it hard to work with. A dk yarn seems a little light for an afghan. On the positive side, the colors were absolutely beautiful when worked up.

There wasn't enough yarn to finish. Luckily I had another project with same yarn so I robbed from the other project to finish. Now I'll have to buy more yarn to finish other Afghan. Disappointed that I had to do that
