Created exclusively for the Mary Maxim Knit Club in 2020, this design calls for just 1 ball each of 2 contrasting colors in Knitting Fever's Painted Cotton worsted-weight yarn (357 yds/7 oz per skein). Whether you're a seasoned knitter or looking for your next fun project, these charming bags are sure to become your go-to accessory! To get started, you'll need 24" (60 cm) circular needles in sizes 7 (4.5 mm) and 10 (6 mm). Finished sizes 12 x 16" (30.5 x 40.5 cm), and 12.5 x 11.5" (32 x 29 cm), both measured flat and not including base. Intermediate knit. Makes 2 bags.

Bought this for my mom this advent season. She has Alzheimer's and I've moved her to my home while we build her a small cottage just behind our home to live in so that I can be nearby to take care of her. She finds it a bit frustrating to work the puzzles herself, but she very much enjoys watching me put them together. I leave it on the dining room table next to where she sits to eat so she can admire it all day long. Pups are her favorite so she is enjoying this!
