You will also need a crochet hook size U.S. H-8 (5 mm) Finished, this statement piece will measure 47 x 45" (119.5 x 114.5 cm) Intermediate crochet.

I’m making a marled throw for my g-grandson holding two strands Premier Colorfusion DK yarn. I’m using a yarn strand from each end of the skein to develop the marled design. The throw in the Blue Jean color is turning out perfect for a 12yr old boy. I’ve added stripes of different colors every 12 rows throughout the throw.
The Premier Colorfusion Dk yarn is soft & nice to work with. I recommend this yarn.

This is well written and set up for a JAYG. I love patterns where connecting strips or squares as you go. The less sewing the better and there are very few ends to sew when you finish. I'm using medium weight yarn and an H hook making it a nice sized afghan.
Written instructions were confusing & I’m an intermediate crocheter. Im usung stsndard c2c. I hope the border is clearer

I loved making this Afghan. I will use this pattern over and over. It was very well written and easy to follow.
I was given a LOT of yarn from a deceased relative and I made strips out of it that I have yet to join together with one unifying colour
I just had to get this pattern, it's stunning. I keep thinking of all the different colour combinations I can do. I'll be doing a few of these in lockdown.
