love bod yarn, its very soft and the colors are rich and very pretty.
Bought the Black for a sweater for my daughter. It's very even and nice to work with.
This is some of the nicest yarn for making socks.
No need to baby-sit the finished product as it will launder easily in the machine AND dry successfully in the home dryer. Finding the exact start to match the pattern on both socks can be tricky but as I do afterthought heels, the odd bit you unwind to start a match may find a home there. I use two skeins for hubbyβs pair and love using a solid color for heel & toe to create a pleasing design and it allows me to easily replace any heel or toe that springs a leak. I do wish there were more self-patterning choices ..not just self-striping.
Good buy.
Love em both but itβll take me quite a while sometime to finish them
I havenβt even started to work on it. Itβll take me quite a while sometime to finish it
I bought a scarecrow kit and almost made two with it but had to order more.
So cute. One for me, one to give to my mom.
I like the variety of yarn, and the affordable price,I try to purchase a yarn surprise pack every month.
So many great items! I love that I didn't have to scroll through pages and pages of things on my phone!
Soft feel & gorgeous colors

I enjoyed making this. I used my own color pattern. The front and backpost stitches were great. The person who received this loved it.
Beware as Pattern colors as written on pattern are not symmetrical. Its a very pretty throw. It took me a few hours to research the repeat rows color symmetry and I found that at rows 101 it should be as follows- don't end at 178 rows go to 183 rows and the repeat is Rows 101-183 repeat rows 3-18 then skip to Row 67 and go in reverse back to row 4 following same color changes, then follow border instructions. Other than that disruption while making this throw I found it to be a very pretty end result, I used the Grey's. The yarn is basic and you will need approx.4800 yards total. Main color-approx 1450 yards 2nd color approx 1450 3rd color approx 950 and 4th color choice approx 950 yards. I have purchased many kits from MM this is the first one with a problem and is reflected with a 3 star rating. Should you choose this kit be aware of the changes that should be made for symmetry of colors on throw. I hope my revisions help everyone and are not too confusing. Best of luck to you. Happy Crocheting.
Very clear directions; good quality yarn
I purchased the orange and rust combo. Should have gone with the greys. Yarn is good quality. Will be using it for another project.
I am a knitter and definitely a beginner at crocheting. After a few false starts l found it easy to do and my Afghan looks great. Nice yarn to work with.
Very nice Afghan. Would have rated it 5 stars but the pattern instructions omitted numerous rows. Had to frog a large section to accomplish the mirror image design as pictured.
A list of stitches used in the project would be helpful (in any project). Also, there were errors in the instructions that resulted in having to rip out and redo 34 rows because the pattern was not symmetrical.
Hello Anne, thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you experienced difficulty with this project. If you would like to talk to someone regarding the pattern please call customer service at 8884422266. We are happy to answer any questions you may have.
Iβm in love with this design, yarn and colour. Very easy to follow.
Clear directions, live the neutral colors and itβs coming together really nicely. This was on my wishlist for a while and Iβm very glad I purchased it.
Beautiful pattern. Enjoy doing it.
The yarn is easy to work with and the finished product is beautiful
Everything is great, I just find the yarn rather stiff to work with
I do not crochet, haha I bought this for yarn and colour combination in a knit blanket with a similar stitch pattern . I love Mary Maxim, I knew what to expect.
I love the pattern but there are a few rows missing when, after Row 178, you go back to Row 3.
I feel that there were mistakes in the printed instructions. I do not use the diagram instructions. It has been set aside for now
Originally wanted the purple one and was sent the gray one and I believe it would cost justice much to send it back so I was highly pissed to get the gray but I kept it.
This afghan is very easy to crochet. There are two repeating rows so it is nice not to have to count stitches all the time. I love the pattern and the feel of the yarn. I am always happy with my purchases with Mary Maxim.
