Knit these slippers with our vintage 1960s pattern. Originally knit with Mary Maxim Aran Irish Twist. which offered 260 yds per skein at that time. Please note, yardage may have changed. The pattern requires 4 oz. for medium and 8 oz. for large (adult sizes). Requires knitting needles size 10 (6 mm). Fits adults medium and largeāIntermediate knit.Ā
Stitch Requirements: Knit, purl, repeat, increase, decrease, cast on, cast off, stockinette stitch.Ā

First time ordering a surprise color and I was pleasantly surprised with the color. I made myself a fun sun hat for the beach. Itās floppy so my next one will use some wire for the edge but I still think itās cute
Good products at a good price
Iām still pretty new to using cotton yarn, and I really love the speckled colors in Premier Cotton. The little pops of color are so cute in finished projects and make even simple patterns look extra fun. Itās easy to work with, has nice stitch definition, and works great for the hats, dishcloths, and other cotton projects Iāve been making. Iāll definitely keep buying the speckles!
