Crafted with the original Mary Maxim sport weight yarn, Mellowspun Orlon Wintuck, this design offered 420 yds per skein in 1960. Discover our entire collection of sport-weight yarn, including Mary Maxim Mellowspun! Keep in mind yardages varies between brands. Materials needed: MC and CC1 (2 oz each), CC2 (90 yds), and knitting needles size US 5 (3.75 mm). Fits sizes child through adults—Intermediate knit.
Stitch Requirements: Knit, purl, slip stitch, stockinette stitch, increase, decrease, repeat, work as set, through back of loop, cast on, cast off, place marker.

Nice cotton blend. I liked the final feel of my washcloths much better than the 100% cotton I’ve used before.
I wanted to crochet some washcloths but the 100% cotton I have used before felt really stiff so I tried this which is a blend. I am super happy I did. They are much softer and look great.
Color is betond beautiful. Accurately shown online - it just doesnt do it justice. So far it works up beautifully. Cant wait for my sweater to be completed!
