The customer service representative was so nice and told me the yarn should not be separating like that. They sent me a replacement without making the process difficult at all. I was really pleased with how helpful, friendly, and easy they were to work with. Great customer service makes such a difference, and I really appreciated it!
First time ordering a surprise color and I was pleasantly surprised with the color. I made myself a fun sun hat for the beach. Itโs floppy so my next one will use some wire for the edge but I still think itโs cute

Iโm still pretty new to using cotton yarn, and I really love the speckled colors in Premier Cotton. The little pops of color are so cute in finished projects and make even simple patterns look extra fun. Itโs easy to work with, has nice stitch definition, and works great for the hats, dishcloths, and other cotton projects Iโve been making. Iโll definitely keep buying the speckles!

I ordered the Christmas Sparkle, White/gold sparkle, grass green kit. There were only 2 skeins of the Christmas color to be used as the center of the motif and the border joining motifs. I didn't care for that look and saw the picture online that green should be the middle. I am waiting to hear back about receiving 2 more skeins of Christmas sparkle so I can complete the skirt in the colors I expected.
I had been looking for a skirt and this checked the boxes. Nice feel to it and I love the look.

I received my kit & it had white yarn with metallic gold, not the silver as advertised. Something felt off when I opened the package. Then I saw a small slip of paper with a note about the substitution. In my opinion the gold does not match with the grey yarn. The substitution was made without prior notice so now I am stuck with it or I can return it but I paid $15 shipping (I was told I would not be charged for return label but I am still out $15). I would have preferred a brighter color red too.
