Materials List: 3 skeins (250 yds ea), and 32" (80 cm) circular knitting needles size U.S. 7 (4.50 mm). Finished size 18 (46cm) x 30.5" (77.5 cm)—Cowl is worked as a rectangle, then sides are sewn together to form a Möbius strip. Easy knit.
