I had a great experience with Mary Maxim customer service. One of the yarns in my recent order was splitting quite a bit while I was working with it. I honestly thought it might just be one of those chances you take with yarn, but I called to ask about it.
The customer service representative was so nice and told me the yarn should not be separating like that. They sent me a replacement without making the process difficult at all. I was really pleased with how helpful, friendly, and easy they were to work with. Great customer service makes such a difference, and I really appreciated it!
First time ordering a surprise color and I was pleasantly surprised with the color. I made myself a fun sun hat for the beach. It’s floppy so my next one will use some wire for the edge but I still think it’s cute
Good products at a good price
I’m still pretty new to using cotton yarn, and I really love the speckled colors in Premier Cotton. The little pops of color are so cute in finished projects and make even simple patterns look extra fun. It’s easy to work with, has nice stitch definition, and works great for the hats, dishcloths, and other cotton projects I’ve been making. I’ll definitely keep buying the speckles!

It has nice stitch definition, holds its shape well, and is still soft and easy to work with. I’ve even had to pull out and redo a few sections, and the yarn has held up great. Definitely a cotton yarn I’ll keep using!

I bought this kit for my first Grandchild. Easy to make and can't wait to take a trip out of this country and give it to him. Very happy with purchase and quick delivery.
The yarn knit up well and instructions were easy to follow. Unfortunately, the actual chest measurement which was stated to be 30” ended up at 34”. Much too wide. My tension was fine. It seems the chest measurement was incorrect. The length was fine. The sleeve lengths were OK.

What a charmer! Knit up like a dream. Was easier than anticipated considering the front pocket. I was intimidated at first never having knit something this complex but the instructions were concise and made it easy to complete this project. A certain little boy loves the results.
The size 4-6 pattern for Ragg Hoodie No.98392N gives the knitting needle sizes for size 6-8 and doesn't make it clear that some are straight needles. I used the needle sizes as given as that worked for the weight of yarn and gauge. However, I wouldn't want it to confuse someone without experience. Otherwise, an attractive and easy to knit pattern that I've used several times.

This sweater was easy to knit, and the hood was much simpler to make than I thought it would be. The red trim on the sides of the pouch was nearly invisible, so I crocheted an edging instead. I would recommend this to others.
I love the pattern and the colour. It was received quickly and I do a little knitting in the summer but not as much as in the winter.
