Great customer service! I bought the newer Fox Cardigan Kit. When I received the kit one of the skeins of yarn was not the same brand as all others in the kit. I contacted Mary Maxim customer service and alerted them to the problem. They responded quickly and replaced the incorrect skein with one of the matching brand and color free of charge!
It came together quickly. The hanger was small and made me worry it wouldn’t hold up the whole project up. It needed a little more support over all. But really is cute.

This yarn is very nice to use. To me it's the perfect 5 weight yarn. I belive I have purchased 6 different colors now, and love them all. I would highly recommend it. I crochet alot of blankets. And this has been my go to yarn since I purchased it the first time. I would love it even more if they had it in a gradient form.

Premier Basix Chunky is my new go-to yarn for amigurumi baby blankets. It is soft on my hands while crocheting, easy to work with, it doesn’t split easily, and I’ve found very few flaws in the many skeins I’ve purchased. I’m very happy with this yarn and it has my recommendation.
