Use our vintage pattern to knit this classic cabled cardigan. Look sharp and warm with classic styling. The Gallivanter Cardigan brings classic charm with a playful twist that'll have everyone asking where you got such a snazzy piece. Color image scanned from 1960 catalog. Originally created using Mary Maxim Mellowspun, sport weight yarn, which had 210 yards per 2-oz skein. You will find Mary Maxim Mellowspun and all our current sport-weight yarn selections. Keep in mind yardages will vary. Materials List: Sz 34-36 (16 oz), Sz 38-40 (18 oz), knitting needles sizes U.S. 4 (3.50 mm), 6 (4.25 mm), and cable needle. Fits sizes 34-36-38-40—Intermediate knit.
