I have crocheted six of MJs sweaters in the last 3 years but this is my first kit and first time using MJs yarn. Mary Maxim makes the process very easy by offering kits - they arrive in a clear reusable zipper bag with heavy printed patterns making it easy to start crocheting.
The only thing I have to say is greatness. I got 3 boxes of the same yarn, but a little bit of a difference in each one. If you buy more than 2 maybe make the boyarn different. I love them really addicting.
I saw this is beautiful. As soon as I finished with my current project I’m going to start this!

The colourway of the Puzzle Lumberjack yarn is horrible, the first ball was pretty, but the second ball never got to the pretty colour turquoise, it is all just muddy colours. I chose that colour, because it is on the photo of the pattern, which is mainly turquoise and blue, not rust and mud.

I've read the pattern and it looks like it will be an interesting experience with the yarn chosen for this throw. I chose the colors used in this picture because I love all shades of blue and they go together very well with the other colors added to highlight the pattern and bring it to life!

easy to knit and fast
Used colour “Chess”. A lovely effect of blue, purple and moss green. Getting ready to start my next one in “Seashore”. Yarn is soft and very easy to work with. Three balls in kit makes a lovely blanket.

I was not aware of washing instructions for the product until wrapper is off. Not suitable for young children which is what I intended it for.
If the knits up like the photo, it will be wonderful.

Lovely soft wool easy to follow pattern
I really like the Premium “Puzzle” yarn. I’m making a corner to corner lap afghan with the Lumberjack colour. The yarn is easy to work with and very soft. I will purchase more.
