I had a great experience with Mary Maxim customer service. One of the yarns in my recent order was splitting quite a bit while I was working with it. I honestly thought it might just be one of those chances you take with yarn, but I called to ask about it.
The customer service representative was so nice and told me the yarn should not be separating like that. They sent me a replacement without making the process difficult at all. I was really pleased with how helpful, friendly, and easy they were to work with. Great customer service makes such a difference, and I really appreciated it!
First time ordering a surprise color and I was pleasantly surprised with the color. I made myself a fun sun hat for the beach. It’s floppy so my next one will use some wire for the edge but I still think it’s cute
Good products at a good price
I’m still pretty new to using cotton yarn, and I really love the speckled colors in Premier Cotton. The little pops of color are so cute in finished projects and make even simple patterns look extra fun. It’s easy to work with, has nice stitch definition, and works great for the hats, dishcloths, and other cotton projects I’ve been making. I’ll definitely keep buying the speckles!
I’m pretty new to using cotton yarn, and Premier Cotton has been really easy to learn with. I’ve used it for sun hats and am now trying dishcloths and other patterns. It has nice stitch definition, holds its shape well, and is still soft and easy to work with. I’ve even had to pull out and redo a few sections, and the yarn has held up great. Definitely a cotton yarn I’ll keep using!

Pattern was sent via computer. Written instruction quality is good. Pattern quality is awful you can barely see the lines that make up each square.
I love the pattern, but it would be nice to know exactly what colors are used.
My finished craft is beautiful but it required much patience and determination. The PDF download was not great. Areas of it were not clear making the cutting of the plastic canvas hard to figure out in spots and trying to determine the color of yarn to use was not always clear.

This was my first plastic canvas project and I made some cutting mistakes because the pattern printed out a little faded so it was hard to see the squares to count. Next time I get a download, I will make the printout larger. I was able to adjust and fix and it came out just fine. It was a gift. I was without a project so decided to do another one For myself. It has been perfect. It’s a very pretty design.
Again pattern is to hard read. Guessing how big the pumpkin is. Very frustrating to buy these patterns and kits and get very poor quality instructions.
