This softly textured piece was created using Premier Yarns Basix worsted that offers 359 yds/7 oz skeins, Basix Trendy, a variegated worsted (250 yds/5 oz), Premier Eyelash, a #5 bulky weight (214 yds3.5 oz), and Premier Chunky Cotton, a #6 super bulky (50 yds/3.5 oz). With all these textures and colors, you'll feel like you're snuggled into a cloud! Fits sizes XS (X/M, L/1X, 2/3X, 4/5X). Shown in 2/3X. Intermediate crochet.

I love how soft the yarn is. And the colors are a muted green. Which, is beautiful. I've never seen these colors in an ombre.
I've been curious to learn mosaic crochet so I thought I'd give this pattern a try. The written pattern and video tutorial are quite clear and detailed, and my project's going well so far. I look forward to finishing this cardigan for fall!
This yarn is great because it is difficult to find fingering weight in bright colors. The sunshine is a lovely shade of yellow. I got the gauge of 32 sts on US size 1 knitting needles. This would be great for Fair Isle knitting for those that don't want wool. I hope they add more colors. It is soft too for baby items.

I did find the instructions hard to follow at first, and I'm a very experienced crocheter. I started over about 5 times. I ended up using a slightly larger crochet hook, because I had a hard time finding the right spaces to crochet into in the first row. The larger hook made that easier. I still struggled some through the first square or two, being unsure if I was crocheting into the right stitches from the previous row(s), but once you see how the design works out, the instructions begin to make a lot more sense. So - rough start, but after that, I enjoyed crocheting it and the results are stunning. I would definitely rate this as experienced rather than intermediate.
This pattern was a joy to make, and the yarn is perfectly suited: easy to handle and with great definition. I thoroughly enjoyed this project, and the finished product is really beautiful.
I'm giving a 5 star rating not because I like the yarn but for Mary Maxim having the 2 Big Twist colors I have been looking for for an afghan kit I have.

Premier Colorfusion DK yarn is one of my favorite yarns. The yarn is soft and does not split. The beautiful multiple colorways are fun to crochet with.
I really enjoy crocheting with MJ's Off The Hook Designs Timeless Tones yarn. The yarn is very soft and provides great stitch definition. The colors are beautiful, especially the autumn colors which are my favorite. So far, I've used the yarn to make pumpkins, but will soon use it to make a throw. The yarn does split once in a while, but that does not bother me.
