Created with Red Heart Super Saver worsted weight yarn in Dk Red (4 skeins), Aran (CC1 - 2 skeins), Cherrycola (1 skein), Black (40 yd pc), Med Thyme (40 yd pc) and size 40" flexible afghan hook size U.S. H/8 (5 mm) crochet hook H/8 (5 mm). The afghan stitch is used throughout and the design "cross-stitched" afterwards following the graph. Intermediate crochet.

I’m making a marled throw for my g-grandson holding two strands Premier Colorfusion DK yarn. I’m using a yarn strand from each end of the skein to develop the marled design. The throw in the Blue Jean color is turning out perfect for a 12yr old boy. I’ve added stripes of different colors every 12 rows throughout the throw.
The Premier Colorfusion Dk yarn is soft & nice to work with. I recommend this yarn.
