Definitely choose your colors carefully. This is Premier colorfusion DK in Woodland and Mary maxim DK in Dove. It looks like completely different blanket, I can assure you its Diagonal keyhole mosaic pattern. If you want it to look like picture- choose dark main color. Pattern is working up nicely and is easy to understand.
The pattern is wrong! Checked to see if there were corrections listed and there weren’t. Have done another mosaic afghan so I’m pretty confident that it’s no me! I have kept going with it because I have put in a lot of time! Yarn is great to work with. Also, if you choose another color other than what is shown inquire as to what it’s paired with. They don’t tell you in the catalogue.

This was my first time doing a mosaic project. This was an easy pattern to learn with. I was about a quarter of the way into the throw when I realized that my guage was getting tighter so I frogged back to about 15 rows and redid this. I am so happy with the softness of the yarn and the project I completed.
Really enjoyed making this. Love the colours. Hoping I have enough to make an envelope border as I don’t want to have to weave in all the ends. Easy pattern to follow.

Love this throw! I never did Mosaic before and was a little timid about making it. The pattern was much easier than I thought it would be. The yarn is woundreful.
Disappointed with colored yarn, made a mistake, had trouble correcting as yarn had felted together. Makes a small blanket, not a good value. Lots of time weaving ends of rows. Added border helped with final look and minimized further felting of yarn.

Yarn is so soft but I had to go up to a K hook and it is still measuring a bit narrow. I love this pattern. No "toe holes" for the tootsies to pike through.

I was excited to work on this pattern and the yarn is pretty but the finished afghan is TINY. Either I did something horribly wrong or the yarn, which is very lightweight, is not appropriate for doing this project. The finished afghan is about 15 inches shorter and 15 inches narrower than stated on the instructions. Not sure how that is possible....but I am left with something that is borderline unusable by an adult. I will add a couple more repeats of the pattern to make it longer (easy to do since I have three skeins of leftover yarn!) but that will mean a long and skinny afghan which is less than ideal. Very disappointed.

Wonderfully packaged. Instructions look good and I love the color options. I haven't started it yet, however, it looks great and there looks like there will be plenty of yarn and it was a great price.
I really like this pattern, I especially like that the back is equally as beautiful as the front. Pattern on the front, stripes on the back! It's also nice that you can pick from the different colors of prism yarns to suit your decor.
This Afghan is fun to make. I did not realize however that you only work the right side, cutting the yarn at the end of each row, and it is a cool pattern:slightly_smiling:

Very disappointed that the coloured yarn is quite a bit smaller than the grey yarn. Also the grey yarn can go in the washer dryer while the coloured yarn says hand wash and lay flat to dry. Colours are beautiful though
Overall, I liked working up this pattern. Instructions were well written and easy to follow. There was plenty of yarn leftover so I learned how to do an envelope border from YouTube. There was no way I was sewing in all those ends like the instructions said. The yarn provided in the kit was ok. The prism was beautiful and easy to work with. The Mellowspun was prone to splitting regardless of which brand hook I used.

I ordered this in Autumn Mist. The colours are beautiful. The background colour which I had assumed was cream or white is the most gorgeous shade of soft (dove) grey. While I have not started this project yet, as I am still finishing my current one, I am looking forward to starting it early autumn.
