Pawsitively, they'll be the best-dressed pup at the park! Create a charming dog coat using our classic crochet pattern, perfect for dogs measuring 10-18 inches. This design was crafted with Mary Maxim Starlette or Pollyspun worsted weight yarn, each offering 140 yards per 2 oz skein at that time. Choose from a wide range of worsted-weight yarn colors to customize to your pups best shades, keeping in mind that yardage may vary. To begin, for Sz 10-14" you'll need 4 oz MC and 2 oz CC colors, and sizes 16-18" you'll need 6 oz MC and 2 oz CC. Also requires U.S. size F/5 crochet hook. This pattern features design PDL8238 only; other patterns shown, PDL8232 Puppy Poppet and PDL6916 Dog Set, are sold separately.
Stitch Requirements: Chain, single crochet, double crochet, half double crochet, treble crochet, decreasing, increasing, repeat, slip stitch, through the back loop, repeat, work even or as set.

I Love this yarn. It works up so easily. I do suggest making cakes out of the skeins, if it tangles it’s hard to untangle. The key I found to that problem is to NEVER pull the yarn tight while your untangling it and use a crochet needle, it makes it easy to separate. Every item I make from this yarn just makes me buy more and everyone that sees it asks me what it is or for me to make them something.
