Knit these cozy children's Pixie slippers with our vintage pattern. Knit with Mary Maxim Mellowpuff, a bulky weight that offered 225 yds per 4 oz skein at the time. But now, with a larger variety of bulky yarns to choose from, you can customize this project to match your unique style. Keep in mind that yardage may differ. We highly recommend Mary Maxim Titan, a staple in our bulky weight section! All you need are U.S. sizes 10 (6 mm) knitting needles to begin!

I’m making a marled throw for my g-grandson holding two strands Premier Colorfusion DK yarn. I’m using a yarn strand from each end of the skein to develop the marled design. The throw in the Blue Jean color is turning out perfect for a 12yr old boy. I’ve added stripes of different colors every 12 rows throughout the throw.
The Premier Colorfusion Dk yarn is soft & nice to work with. I recommend this yarn.
