I love this pattern. My friends daughter is raising money for a trip to Spain. I told her that I would crochet her an Afghan to auction off. I went looking for a pattern and this is absolutely perfect.
This puzzle was a joy to work on. My first of a 300 piece. Liked the larger pieces and the fact that it didn't take forever to assemble. Crisp graphics. Precisely cut. I think I'll be looking for more of this variety again. Highly recommend.

I had been asked to make a very large Dragon with Bernat extra thick blanket yarn. Couldn’t find black/coal anywhere in stores near me. During my progress you had it in stock and special offers too I think that was fantastic.

Beautiful pattern. Worsted weight yarn has a waxy coating but is OK for this project. Just wash it when you're done. Size 8 needles might be a little tight. If you are noticing gaping holes as shown on page 2 image, it doesn't match the image on front page. TIP: Rows 10 and 20, you are starting the new leaf with a yo- knit 1-yo. The 2nd yo will be reversed to accommodate the next pearl stitches. On the return rows (11-22) the first yo should be flipped so the yarn comes from the front over the needle. Pearl it and the next 2 stitches ♥️ My blanket is using size 9 needles and an extra pattern repeat (add 22 st) for a more realistic blanket size. You'll love it 🍃 🍂 Almost forgot, blanket is going to get heavy so I used 2 sets of circular needles, kinda like extending the cable.
