Challenge yourself with this multi-cabled project, designed by Florence Nahorny! Aran patterns are combined in this classic design. Kit includes Mary Maxim Maximum yarn and pattern. Finished size 46" (116.84 cm) x 58" (147.32 cm). Requires 36" Circular Needle size 10.5 and Cable Needle.
Stitch Requirement: Knit, purl, pass slipped stitch over, place marker, slip, yarn over, yarn back, slip next stitch knitwise, cable back, cable forward, twist back, twist front.

I’m making a marled throw for my g-grandson holding two strands Premier Colorfusion DK yarn. I’m using a yarn strand from each end of the skein to develop the marled design. The throw in the Blue Jean color is turning out perfect for a 12yr old boy. I’ve added stripes of different colors every 12 rows throughout the throw.
The Premier Colorfusion Dk yarn is soft & nice to work with. I recommend this yarn.

I purchased this kit and mostly have enjoyed knitting it. The pattern is great - love it, the yarn not so much. The yarn feels good to work with and shows the pattern well but every ball had knots, slubs and half split strands. Not the quality I had expected. I would not recommend this yarn to anyone.

I enjoyed this pattern so much that I am making it again for my daughter who wanted wool. The yarn had a good feel and I had enough leftover to make a hat for my husband. The pattern was easy to follow- TIP: I used yellow stickers to mark where I was in the pattern. This helped because each of the 3 panels have a different number of rows. The only times I screwed up were in the “repeat” rows- I think it would be easier if the pattern were just printed in full without “repeats”. Anyway, I loved it.
This pattern is not intermediate. This pattern is advanced. The yarn is a lighter number 4 and tends to split but is soft and I like the color. I started the pattern but the difficulty of it was too much for me. I chose another pattern less difficult but still full of cables, ripped out what I had started and used the less difficult pattern. I am much happier.
Can't wait to get started.
The instructions are well written. I used stitch markers for each panel to make it even easier to read.

I think this product is not only beautiful but convenient. The yarn and pattern come in a zippered plastic bag that is perfect for keeping everything together and clean. The pattern is easy to read as it is at a comfortable print size. I can't wait to make this.

Love the pattern and the wool is soft and good quality. A little disappointed in the colours i chose but that is a problem with picking colours from a computer screen. Would highly recommend this kit!!
I have made this afghan six times. I think it comes out best with a slightly thicker yarn. The yarn in the kit doesn't seem to wear all that well and is a bit loose.
