A blizzard of snowflakes worked in tapestry crochet to delight all ages. Your color choice, for that seasonal touch, to add to your decor. Kit includes Mary Maxim Starlette yarn and pattern. Design is worked in blocks, assembled and a border added to complete the project. Finished: 54 x 68” [137 x 172.5 cm]. Skill level: Intermediate crochet. Requires Crochet Hook I-9.

Love this yarn! So soft. Very easy to work with.
I am a complete newbie. Never knew how to knit but I practiced and learnt all the required techniques before I worked with my actual yarn. The multi coloured intarsia is quite hard for beginners so I would recommend using only 2 colours for intarsia and duplicate stitch the remaining colours and details. Completed the prohject in 1.5 months and while it definitely doesn't look as good as an experienced knitter since I've made a lot of mistakes on the intarsia parts, I am very proud of my cardigan :> Amaze amaze amaze!
I love this yarn! I make baby blankets to donate to local places. The yarn is soft, doesn't split, and has a great colo selection. AND its machine wash and dry!

I was very happy with my yarn! I ordered 12 , I got 9 of 1 color and 3 of another color. Plenty of each to make lots of items. I received the cones which I was really happy about . I got a nice mixture of the small skeins that came with each one. This should last me a long time but I would definitely order again. What a great value!

The Vintage Wallpaper Throw is an easy and fun project! I loved crocheting this throw and took it everywhere. People would come up to me and ask me about it and want to touch the yarn which is very soft. Of course I had to excitedly tell them all about Bag O Day and her easy tutorials! She does have a tutorial of this throw which I used a couple times for the border. I have never put a border on a blanket before. I love how quick and easy the half double crochet stitch is, it’s also my favorite stitch so far. This kit or the finished project would make a great gift! I will buy this again in other colors.

Just wrote a review about Bug Twist twinkle yarn. Used the word sparkle in reference instead of Twinkle. So sorry,but it definitely is “sparkly”👍

Yarn was terrible. It splits so easily. I made it twice—once with the yarn in the kit and once with my own yarn with sparkle. That one was beautiful.
I enjoyed this blanket. It's a heavier blanket, due to the double yarn, but I like that it's going to be a "cold evening snuggled on the couch" blanket. You can see the carried over yarn up close, but once it's all together I can't notice it without closer inspection. There was a tiny one stitch color error in the pattern that was easy to fix. All in all, although granny square types are not my favorite, I'm quite happy with the finished product.
Love the pattern, but the yarn is terrible that comes with it. The white is thinner than the colored yarn. Both yarns seperate very easy. I got the Azure/white because they ran out of the grey. After making a phone call to check on the order because it was taking to long. I was informed the Grey was on back order. The pattern is very easy to follow. Just bad yarn.
Easy pattern to follow however I like working with a thicker yarn. Starlet is soft and colours nice but not the gauge I like

Pretty pattern but result not as pleasing as I hoped. It is hard to keep the yarn being worked over hidden and the resulting fabric is thick and rug-like, with little drape.

I really liked the look of this pattern. I decided to order it in red thinking it would look more vibrant. Unfortunately crocheting over the opposite color does not cover it completely resulting in a sloppy look. Perhaps using one of the lighter blues might not be so noticeable. I will experiment with other techniques to find a way to make a better looking final project.

I don't normally buy kits but I really liked the snowflake pattern. Typically the yarn in kits isn't top of the line. We get what we pay for. I gave this a 3 because the grey yarn was substituted with another brand and didn't match the white. It wasn't quite the same thickness which was a visual problem when crocheting over the white. It showed through to much. I love the pattern, but it looks sloppy because the yarns don't match ☹️
This pattern is quite nice…my first attempt at something like this. The only thing is, they don’t say if it should be made tapestry style or fair isle. That could make a difference as far as quantity of yarn used.

I started this blanket 2 weeks ago, and so far I'm finding the instructions easy to follow. I really liked that I could select my own colors for this project, so I could match it more to the recipient's decor while still keeping it neutral in case they make a change.
