This worsted weight yarn gives great stitch definition and color clarity! 100% acrylic. 431 yds. (394 m) per 8.8 oz (250 gm) ball. Sugg. gauge: 17 sts. & 23 rows to 4" on size 8 (5.0 mm) needles.

I ordered this yarn to make a shawl for a gift and am VERY pleased with it. For 100% acrylic it is VERY soft. Comparable to other higher end super wash merino wool's I've gotten. The color changes were done beautifully as well. They are very gradual and work up really nice. Ordered more to make something else for myself with it.
