Crochet this clever beach bag blanket! Cut down on your beach bag clutter! Simply shake it out, reload, and head back to your car! Created for the Mary Maxim Crochet Club in 2020 using Lion Brand, DK sport-weight yarn Flikka, which provided 196 yds per 3.5 oz skein. Shop our extensive lines of DK weight yarns to find your favorite! Keep in mind, yardages will vary. You'll also need a crochet hook size H/8 (5 mm). Make one for each one in your family, and the kiddo's will be able to bring their own beach toy's! Materials List: 6 balls and crochet hook size H/8 (5 mm). Finished size 40" (101.5 cm) diameter when spread flat. Intermediate crochet.
Stitch Requirements: Chain, single crochet, double crochet, half double crochet, place marker, repeat, slip, increase, decrease, V-stitch, front post.

I love this yarn and this pattern! I have made this blanket several times and everybody loves it!
Nice cotton blend. I liked the final feel of my washcloths much better than the 100% cotton I’ve used before.
I wanted to crochet some washcloths but the 100% cotton I have used before felt really stiff so I tried this which is a blend. I am super happy I did. They are much softer and look great.
Color is betond beautiful. Accurately shown online - it just doesnt do it justice. So far it works up beautifully. Cant wait for my sweater to be completed!
