The original yarn used was Mary Maxim Titan with 80 yards per 3-ounce skein. With a variety of bulky-weight yarns to choose from today, there are endless possibilities when using this multi-optional pattern. Keep in mind that yardage may differ. Requires knitting needles sizes U.S. 7 (4.5 mm), 10 (6 mm), and double point 10 (6 mm). Ladies sizes 14-16-18 and youth sizes 32-34-36. I Love this yarn. It works up so easily. I do suggest making cakes out of the skeins, if it tangles it’s hard to untangle. The key I found to that problem is to NEVER pull the yarn tight while your untangling it and use a crochet needle, it makes it easy to separate. Every item I make from this yarn just makes me buy more and everyone that sees it asks me what it is or for me to make them something.
