It was originally created with Mary Maxim Baby Teardrop sport weight yarn, (offering 105yds/1oz skein) - choose from our trendy color selection of sport weight yarns online. Keep in mind: that yardage has changed. We recommend Mary Maxim Mellowspun! You'll need 7 oz of a sport weight yarn, also double point needles size U.S. 8" (20cm), knitting needles size U.S. 3 (3.25mm) - 5 (3.75mm), and a 16" or 18" zipper. Fits 6-12-18 months—Intermediate knit. Get ready to craft an heirloom!

First time ordering a surprise color and I was pleasantly surprised with the color. I made myself a fun sun hat for the beach. It’s floppy so my next one will use some wire for the edge but I still think it’s cute
Good products at a good price
I’m still pretty new to using cotton yarn, and I really love the speckled colors in Premier Cotton. The little pops of color are so cute in finished projects and make even simple patterns look extra fun. It’s easy to work with, has nice stitch definition, and works great for the hats, dishcloths, and other cotton projects I’ve been making. I’ll definitely keep buying the speckles!

It has nice stitch definition, holds its shape well, and is still soft and easy to work with. I’ve even had to pull out and redo a few sections, and the yarn has held up great. Definitely a cotton yarn I’ll keep using!
