Knit this jacket and bonnet with our vintage pattern. A delightful double-breasted baby sweater with matching bonnet. Sizes 9 months to 1 year. Originally created with Mary Maxim Angora (33 yds per 10 gm ball) and Mary Maxim Teardrop (105 yds per 1 oz skein), both sport-weight yarns. With the wonderful assortment of sport-weight yarns we offer today, the combinations are endless! Requires knitting needles sizes 6 (4 mm).
Stitch Requirements: Cast on, cast off, knit, purl, repeat, increase, decrease, slip stitch, stockinette stitch.

I have been working on this project for the last week and am really enjoying it. The pattern is easy to follow and it is coming out nicely. I would just suggest that for the gold thread, use a little clear nail polish on the ends to keep it from unraveling
I started the afghan the same day my crochet club kit arrived and I finished it...working on and off...in about 3 days! And I was able to gift it to a family friend who has had some serious health issues recently...and she loved it! The yarn was beautiful and felt so nice to work with.
