Score big with our vintage-style Football cardigan knitting pattern! This playful design features raglan sleeves and your choice of shawl or windbreaker collar. Plus, it comes with a matching toque for added team spirit. The retro vibe continues with stripes running down the back and sleeves. Created using Mary Maxim Titan bulky weight yarn, which offered 80 yds/3 oz skein at the time. We have a wonderful selection of bulky weight yarns to choose from, including Mary Maxim Titan! Keep in mind yardage varies. Materials List All Sizes: MC White (11 skeins), CC Red (3 skeins), CC3 Black (2 skeins), knitting needles size 6 (4.25 mm) and 9 (5.50 mm). Fits sizes adult sizes 38-40-42-44—Intermediate knit. Also available in Ladies' and Youth, and Children, sold separately.
Stitch Requirements: colored pattern knitting method, fair isle knitting method, knit, purl, repeat, increase, decrease, cast on, cast off, stockinette stitch.

This yarn is so soft and simply beautiful as I work it up. I love it!
Love this! The only yarn I use for amigurumi now! It does have a tendency to pill at the ends, but it makes for a great, soft end product, so it is worth it by me despite the difficulty to sew things in.

I live in Scotland, in a village 10 minutes away from where the designer lives, but chose to make my purchase from Mary Maxim as I've seen the results of so many makes in Prism and love them. The kit comes in a strong clear storage bag, which is similar in size to the ones I use to protect my stash from cat hair, so it's easily stored with the others. The colours and textures of the yarns are gorgeous. The pattern is well written and easy to follow, even for a visual learner, like me. This is a wee Christmas gift to myself, but I've got a feeling that once it's completed, it'll find itself in my son's room! I can't wait to get started. We need a Mary Maxim outlet on this side of the pond.

I ordered a few kits and this is the first one I started. I would prefer if it came with single segments of yarn so I didn't have to keep rethreading the needle but I learned to tape the end of the yarn to simplify rethreading and that definitely sped things up.
The paper is glossy but not extreme. Gives a nice shine to set off the picture. I am going to embellish the picture with seashells.
