This original design was created in the 1960s and was made with Mary Maxim Starlette yarn, which included 140 yards per 2-oz skein. Please note, yardage may differ between brands. We recommend Premier Anti-Pilling Everyday Worsted for this project! Materials List All Sizes: MC (10 oz.) Gold, CC1 Med Brown (2 oz), CC2 Owl Head/Lt Brown (2 oz.), CC3 Owl Face Cream (20 yds), CC4 Stick Dk Brown (10 yds), 36" circular knitting needles size 8 (5.0 mm), and a set of double pointed needles 8 (5 mm). Fits children's sizes 2-4-6—Intermediate knit. Patterns for other animal creations Owl Cardigan, Cottontail Cardigan, Raccoon Cardigan, and Raccoon Fringe sweaters sold separately.
