Knit this cardigan with our vintage pattern. A playful block motif to jazz up the front of the cardigan. The back and sleeves have no design. Featuring set-in sleeves and button front. This classic design is a wonderful project for showcasing your skills and creating something she will love wearing. Crafted originally using Mary Maxim Dreamspun, a light sport weight with 75 yds per 1 oz ball. Shop our sport weight yarns for this project, keeping in mind yardage variances and gauge of 7.5 st x 9.5 r = 1". Materials list: Sizes 8 (10, 12). Main color 8 (9, 10 skeins), Diamond motif A 1 (1, 1), Diamond Motif B (1 (1, 1), knitting needles sizes U.S. 2 (2.75 mm) and 3 (3.25 ). Fits children's sizes 8-10-12—Intermediate knit.
Stitch Requirements: Cast on, cast off, knit, purl, repeat, increase, decrease, color changes using Fair Isle and colored pattern knitting methods.
