Description
Knit this blanket with our vintage pattern for your little bundle of joy. An eyelet effect, formed by an easy "yarn over" stitch with a lacy ruffled edge. A dainty addition to baby's layette. Knit originally with Mary Maxim Twinkle, a super-soft fingering weight yarn that offered 175 yards per 1 oz skein at the time. We have a lovely selection of fingering weight yarns in today's modern colors, and you're sure to find just the right one for your project! Blanket requires 10 oz, fingering weight yarn. Also requires knitting needles size 6 (4 mm). Finished size 34" square. Baby's Hooded Cardigan & Leggings Pattern PDL216 and Booties PDL711 are sold separately.
Stitch Requirements: Knit, purl, slip stitch, stockinette stitch, increase, decrease, work even as set, through the back loop, repeat, place marker.
