North Pole Friends Crochet Kit

I made this adorable reindeer duo to give as gifts this past Christmas. The two girls loved them! The pattern was easy to follow and the kit had plenty of yarn so you will not run short. I highly recommend this kit.

I like that Mary Maxim gave me enough yarn to make double the project.

One thing I did not like as much was how some parts of the pattern were written. At some point I improvised some parts (that still came out okay but still I like to follow patterns as they should be followed).

But the reindeers were super pretty! I cannot wait to make more!

I DO love these little guys. I made some for Christmas last year and ordered more for this year. However; the muddled yarn on the light deer came this year as purple instead of brown. It just doesn't look right.

I found the directions very clear. At 1st i was puzzled by the way the body was made, but when done was really happy i learned a new technique for doing this (coming from "above).

Kit included ample materials to make the two reindeer advertised as well as a third using mixed colours. The instructions took reading through a couple of times to make sense sometimes relying on internet videos more than I like, however, after completing one the next was easy.

Needed some help from you but figured it out eventually , my grandkid loved them

I worked on these and got them done for my grandchildren. They hugged them. I put bells on the ends of the scarves.

Love doing these! It was a little challenging to get all four legs to stand and crochet around them to make the belly but I got it. After that it was easy. Love to do these again but using different yarns and weight.

These were for my nieces. They hugged them and carried them around in their arms. They became immediately attached to them. It was heartwarming!

The one problem is that the yarn quality of the two main colors was different. One was quite soft and the other seemed thicker and stiffer

Its a great kit very cute. Really soft yarn. Colors are great. Reindeer look like their from a cartoon. Fellow crocheters get your hands on these for xmas display.

I find the pattern very hard to follow for workings legs into the rest of the pattern. I have not finished project due to same.

These guys were so much fun to make and each one has a bit of a different look that warms your heart. Easy to make. Quick. I love them

Good, but missing set of eyes! Luckily I had some.
