Heads will turn when you step out on the town in this classic knit cardigan! Knitted with our exclusive Mary Maxim vintage graph-style pattern. Features raglan sleeves, flat collar and zippered front. Made originally with Mary Maxim Knitting Worsted yarn, which offered 250 yds per 4 oz skein. Now with a wider selection of worsted yarns to choose from, you can tailor this project to your personal style. Keep in mind that yardage varies between brands. We recommend Mary Maxim Starlette, our best-selling worsted! Materials List All Sizes: MC White (16 oz). CC1 Girl's Skirt (12 oz), CC2 Men's Pants (2 oz), Legs & Face (20 yds). All you need is U.S. size 5 (3.75 mm) and 8 (5 mm) needles to get started! Fits sizes 32-34-36. Also available in larger sizes. Intermediate knit.
Stitch Requirements: Colored pattern knitting, fair isle knitting, knit, purl, repeat, increase, decrease, stoking stitch, cast on, cast off.

I absolutely loved making this Afghan. It was a wedding gift. The instructions were clear and there were very few missed steps on my part. It actually went pretty quickly.. The finished product was beautiful and looked just like the picture. The yarn was a joy to work with. The cream with flex was a beautiful color. I highly recommend this kit.

It turned out beautifully
The pattern itself has been a really interesting challenge, as my first colorwork piece. It's just the right amount of challenge without being overwhelming. The kit is great, it had just enough yarn for everything, and some leftover for my first few mistakes! It didn't come with any closure (buttons/zipper), but I'm actually glad for that, as I'm quite picky with that sort of thing and am happy to find my own.
Overall, I'm very glad to have purchased and knitted the whole thing! Definitely recommend, and I was thrilled to be able to support a MI brand.
