Designed for the exclusive Mary Maxim Knit Club in 2014 using Mary Maxim Sparkle, a sport-weight yarn that provided 375 yds per 3.5 oz skein. Discover our wide selection of sport weight yarns in a wide variety of colors and make a set for every season! Materials List: 1 skein each of Red, Green and a variegated, and knitting needles size 6 (4 mm). Finished size: Placemats 12 x 15" (30.5 x 38 cm), Coasters 3.25 x 3.75" (8 x 9.5 cm)—Intermediate knit.
Stitch Requirements: Knit, purl, decrease, increase repeat, cast on, cast off.

I love this yarn and this pattern! I have made this blanket several times and everybody loves it!
Nice cotton blend. I liked the final feel of my washcloths much better than the 100% cotton I’ve used before.
I wanted to crochet some washcloths but the 100% cotton I have used before felt really stiff so I tried this which is a blend. I am super happy I did. They are much softer and look great.
Color is betond beautiful. Accurately shown online - it just doesnt do it justice. So far it works up beautifully. Cant wait for my sweater to be completed!
