Nice slippers

This pattern was a little complicated at first. I figured it out, but I may not make more of these.

Great Slipper, poorly written pattern!

Love this Booted Slipper but pattern is hard to follow, and appears to have an error when shaping the upper boot portion. Poorly written. I tried working it multiple times and can’t get it to work. Pattern needs to be revised.

Great pattern!

I love Mary Maxim...in fact, I asked for a Gift Card for Mary Maxim for Christmas. Always a quick and valued experience.

Have made these slippers once

Have made these slippers once before. Had to track down the pattern online and I will be purchasing the wool in the New Year. Made them for my daughter and now she's requesting a pair for her partner. Very comfy.

Ribbed Boot Slippers

This pattern makes a cozy warm pair of slippers! I love the high tops to keep your ankles warm and assure that they aren't going to fall off.

New to knitting and find pattern very confusing. Is there a Utube videos for this or any other patterns you sell?

Not happy

I find this to be an awkward pattern. It's not well put together and there is a mistake in the outer sole section: after casting on 10 stitches there is an increase row in which 2 stitches are added which apparently adds up to 8! The sole of the slipper is sloppy looking and I'll fitting. I changed the shape of the outer sole completely. While the upper boot looks really good, I'm still not happy with the way the inner and outer sole fit. Also, the cuff can simply be knit on a pair of needles rather than dpns if you wish. After casting off all stitches, the last five stitches can simply be overlapped over the first five and stitched...much easier for those who find dpns awkward. The yarn that I used - Mary Maxim bulky weight- worked very well. MM: After Row 3 on the Outer Sole, you should have 12 stitches, not 8. There was a typo. Thank you for your feedback.
