Texture & Lace Sweater

It is my winter project.

Loved the yarn; very soft, easy to work with. Got the back made fine, but could not figure out either the sleeve or front patterns. Gave the whole thing to a local charity that will finish it.

Loved the finished product!

It came out great and being able to make the sleeves the length I wanted was a nice bonus.

Love this pattern! I knit loosely so went down a size and also needles and instead of "lace" along the front, did a simple moss stitch since sometimes don't concentrate while knitting. Would love to see a pic online with a front view of the original edge pattern.

Great wool and knits up quickly.

The instructions are clear and accurate. The pattern was easy to follow. And the sweater looks great.

Love the texture of the stitch and it really knits up nice, pattern is clear to read and instructions are easy to follow and what made me buy this sweater kit was the look of the finished sweater love it thank you

I love everything about this sweater …the wool…and how it is going together…I just have one question on rows 1 and 2 in the seersucker pattern it says (k1 P1) twice I know how this works in patters but just not sure how it works on these rows when there is only k1 p1 for the full row…I have knitted for years and this has me stumped and before I get too far up the back I wanted to get clarification

The lace part of the pattern is difficult to keep track of. It takes concentration and time to learn. The instructions are fine, just complicated.

I haven't started knitting the sweater yet but the instructions look easy, the yarn is fabulous, the pattern is beautiful but I have to finish another project 1st. I can't wait to start this sweater!!

It turned out very well. I actually changed the pattern to make it smaller. I also only did the seersucker pattern as it is for my 11 yr old grand daughter. It is perfect!

I must admit that when I received the kit, I decided to use the yarn for another project. I have incorporated it with a pattern that also will use the Natural Alpaca, Red Stripe yarn at the yoke. Although it is not complete yet, it is working up beautifully.

Changed up the lace to a seed stitch pattern on both front panels to suit the recipient who wants to wear it for warmth in the office everyday. Really like the seersucker pattern on the rest of the sweater though! Am waiting for more yarn to knit another one.

Love the pattern...easy to follow...yarn ferls very soft to touch...like the texture in the pattern as it starts revealing itself.

I have never worked on a pattern where the front was a completely different stitches than the back. This pattern is not clear at all. This is by far the worst pattern i have ever worked on. Had to pull it all apart and use a different stitch method.

Instruction say to sew shoulder seams. How wide is shoulder seams?

I have just started knitting it . The Aran yarn is my favourite to use. So far , the instructions are very clear and it is taking shape quickly.

I haven't finished it yet but so far I am pleased with the yarn, the instructions and the overall ease of working the pattern.

The pattern didn't show up as much as I thought it should. I think a solid color yarn would show pattern better. Love the sweater. Might make a second one.

This was a joy to knit. I love working with the Aran yarn and I made this in the textured option. It looks great on and I am so pleased with this item.

The sweater looks amazing but I have mistakenly thrown out the pattern after I received the kit. Can I just get the pattern?
