I am really happy with the final product. The design and the colors are really nice. I also had some trouble with the written instructions, but after a few failed attempts, the light dawned on me, once I got it, I noticed the pattern is written correctly, I was just missing a key line in the instruction.
This pattern took me a couple tries and looking at the picture to figure out where to place my stitches, but once I figured it out, it was smooth sailing.
Made several as gifts. Turned out very well.
Instructions are a little confusing. Looking forward to mastering this pattern.

Good quality yarn, soft and nice drape. Pattern is fairly good, but best for someone with at least a little bit of experience, definitely for intermediate skill. Like the ability to mix select the combinations that work for your specific needs.

I love the way this looks and I consider myself somewhere between intermediate and expert, but this pattern is a challenge. I am stuck on Round 4! I probably am not reading it right, but is not working. Hope I can figure it out. I love challenges.
My granddaughter and I loved this kit also and will be making them to hand on the Christmas tree and around the house on other decorations.
colors are pretty, easy to make, enough yarn to make plenty of ornaments.

I enjoy a challenging pattern, and believe me, this one fills the bill! It ends up lovely, but should be labeled "expert", not "intermediate". Each one took over an hour to make, and that's if I didn't mess up and have to do any over. But I enjoy it, and the result is worth it. There's plenty of yarn to make way more than the 3 shown, too.
