This interesting stitch pattern makes for a beautiful finished piece. Kit includes Mary Maxim Prism yarn and pattern. Finished size 48 x 60". Requires Crochet Hook H-8 (5 mm).

First time I read a pattern in 9 years! Pattern was a bit confusing at first but I got it! The feel of the yarn was amazing. The only thing I was a bit surprised was that photos showed s more brilliant red and it was more of a burgundy.

Love this yarn the; colours are beautiful. The pattern is easy to follow and the finished afghan is lovely.
I ordered this blanket Kit only to realize that the yarn for the pattern is hand wash only. Not really easy and convenient to clean a hand wash only blanket when you have two kids in the house. Also, the kit comes in a plastic bag that has terrible fumes that stick to the yarn. Unfortunately, I will be returning this. It’s a shame because the yarn is really pretty and so is the blanket.

I looked at this blanket (and site) for quite a while trying to decide if it was "worth it". I'm so glad I took the plunge and purchased this kit. I got the same yarn as in the picture, and it looks amazing. The price worked out to be less than box stores and the yarn is way better quality. And the pattern isn't complicated at all with great directions included. I will definitely be purchasing more yarn to make this again for gifts, and more kits in the future!

This is a lovely pattern....but because of my inexperience with crocheting I just couldn't keep my edges straight. So I opted to knit a shawl instead.
