This is the Afghan that I get the most compliments on. Matter fact, I’ve had one lady with great grandchildren that I’ve made a blanket for each child and easy Afghan.

I already had a kit to make this afghan and received many compliments on it. Therefore, I thought it would be fun to make again, only in different colors.

love the pattern, love the yarn

I have been making this baby Afghan for ten years. I made the first one for my grandneice. I've since made them for another grandneice, three grandchildren, and for a host of other friends and relatives, to the tune of fifteen total. I still am making it for upcoming babies. Everyone I've made them for loves them... I love making this pattern and I love this yarn.

Peaceful Pastels Afghan

This pattern is very well written and is easy to follow. It can be done using any choice of colors in baby weight yarn using pastels to brights and it will always look stunning. I was able to complete one in a weekend so works well if you need something quick for a baby shower or gift. JMO but it is too heavy using a worsted weight, as the entire afghan is done holding two strands together.

Absolutely Gorgeous!!!

I made this one for a friend and she had her baby's picture taken with this blanket draped across the baby.
