With this downloadable pattern you can knit this baby blanket for your little one using Mary Maxim Twinkle Yarn a fingering weight yarn. Mary Maxim Twinkle included 230 yards per 1.75 oz skein. and required 10 balls and 36" circular knitting needle size 8 (5.00 mm). Finished size 33 x 38" (84 x 96.5 cm). Easy knit.
Stitch Requirements: Cast on, cast off, knit, purl, decrease, increase, repeat, slip, place marker, through the back loop, stocking stitch.

It’s my first time following a pattern to knit something, and of course I am doing this because of PHM! But the pattern is pretty easy to follow and I’m making good progress- two sleeves done! Amaze amaze amaze! I bought the kit, and it comes with everything needed except for needles, which I appreciated so I could find a style of needle that work for me. I will probably be a lifelong Mary Maxim pattern purchaser now! If you’re on the fence and have beginner to intermediate knitting skills, try it. I was able to figure it out!
