Description
Knit this cardigan using Mary Maxim Titan yarn. Features include a shawl collar, set-in sleeves, zipper, or button front. Originally designed using Mary Maxim Northland Wool, a bulky-weight yarn that had 80 yards per skein, we now offer a great selection of bulky yarns to suit your style, including Mary Maxim Titan. Keep in mind, yardage may vary. Materials List: Mary Maxim Titan Sz 38-40 MC (10 skeins). Size 42-44: MC (11 skeins). All Sizes: CC1 White (2 skeins), CC2 Grey (1 skein). You'll need U.S. 7 (4.5 mm) and 10 (6 mm) needles to bring it together. Fits sizes 38-40-42-44—Intermediate knit. Also available in Ladies' or Youth sizes!
Stitch Requirements: Cast on, cast off, knit, purl, repeat, increase, decrease, slipped stitch, stocking stitch, color changes using fair isle knitting and colored pattern knitting methods.

It’s my first time following a pattern to knit something, and of course I am doing this because of PHM! But the pattern is pretty easy to follow and I’m making good progress- two sleeves done! Amaze amaze amaze! I bought the kit, and it comes with everything needed except for needles, which I appreciated so I could find a style of needle that work for me. I will probably be a lifelong Mary Maxim pattern purchaser now! If you’re on the fence and have beginner to intermediate knitting skills, try it. I was able to figure it out!
I got 2 skeins each in Deep Teal, Rich Red and Cottonwood. The colors are pretty with a light sheen and very soft. It's really nice to crochet with. I'm going to surprise my daughter with scarves when she visits from Georgia. She doesn't crochet so I try to keep her in throws and scarves plus blankets for her fur babies. I'm new to Mary Maxim, this will be my 2nd order for yarns, I can say I'm happy with my purchases.
