Perfect for a wide variety of projects, this worsted weight yarn comes in a large 6 oz. ball great for larger projects. 100% acrylic. Machine washable for easy care. Solids: 380 yds. per 6 oz. ball. Ombres: 269 yds. per 4.3 oz. ball. Suggested gauge: 18 sts. & 24 rows to 4" on size 8 needles.

I've always loved these traditional stockings. The yarn that came in the kit is a very nice worsted that doesn't split. The colors are traditional too. I'm planning on making a garland with them, and to give as gifts.
Picked up the Christmas and Patriotic colors - they were so quick to make and really cute when finished. They are absorbant and are easy to wash, and hold their shape. I love that there is enough yarn to make more for gifts.
