Somewhat hard to understand

I finally figured it out. at the 3rd row , 5 ch make your eyelet, 3 DC in the next 3 DC’s. On the 3rd DC ( last DC you just made) make front post double cluster, you have 3 stiches on your hook, skip one DC make another double cluster, now you have 5 Stiches on your hook. y/o pull thru all 5. Then on the same Dc you used for your last double cluster make a DC , 2 more DC on the next 2 DC’s. On the 3rd DC you just made, make a double cluster, skip a DC make another double cluster Don’t forget you need to make you DC on to the last DC you made the double cluster. Those hidden DC’s in the beginning and at the on of the clusters make the cluster pop up. I hope this helps

Stuck on double crochet cluster looks more like a front post crochet cluster

I don’t think it was well written at all I watched you tube videos and that’s not how they did a double crochet cluster in any of the videos I watched I am working on a sample to see if I can figure it out if you go “from front to “back “around a post I would call that aFPDC CAN ANYBODY explain this DC cluster was excited to make it

I ordered the pattern for my friends new grandbaby. After a couple false starts, (I had to watch a YouTube on the Double Cluster) it's finally taking shape. It works up beautifully. Well written pattern. No guesswork.

Stuck!

Sorry I bought this pattern. I didn’t understand how to do cluster stitch and watched 3 or 4 videos but none of them did the stitch as the pattern described. I can read patterns but I’m very much a visual learner so I’ve wasted my money buying this pattern as I completed stitch as described but ended up with far too many clusters so this obviously wasn’t right. No help facility on here only a phone number which is in USA and I live in the uk. Very disappointing.
