This afghan turned out extraordinarily beautiful. I had made crocheted blankets for our daughters and granddaughters, and my husband said one day, "Where's my afghan?" Well, here it is, and it's manly and gorgeous and perfect laying across his leather chair. The pattern was fun and easy to follow. LOVE this afghan!!

This the first time I have tried Mellowspun DK yarn, and I am impressed with the quality of it. It feels very nice and soft and does not split easily., so it is a pleasure working with it. It also goes a long way so is quite economical.
I love this yarn so much I already ordered it several times, and not just the pine. I make blankets with this yarn. the weight is good even for larger pieces, and it works up fast and true. I do use US 7 round needles as it works for me personally.

I was able to make a small and nearly identical pair of ankle high socks using the Vanilla pattern with only one skein. The self-stripping watermelon pattern is super cute, but considering that the content of the yarn is 93% acrylic the sock is not very breathable, moisture wicking and durable. The sock already got fuzzy with one wear around the house.
I love the fruit sock yarns, I have used thedragonfruit colorway before and the grape is working just as well, very smooth and stretchy. The stripe repeat is very cute! Im a slow knitter so I haven’t completed them yet but they look like the pictures
I love the fruits sock yarn. I bought one in each color. I am using it to make outfits for the 8 inch dolls. They are turning out so cute. I am now starting to work on the boys outfits.

So far, Ive made three pairs of socks using FRUIT. WORKIMG ON MY FOURTH PAIR. Impressed with the quality of the finished product.
The yarn arrived relatively fast. Most of the yarn was great however one spool of watermelon had over 10 knots. This was to many I had to join these ends before attempting to make a pair of sock. I ended up buying more yarn. The colors are very vibrant and made great socks.
I love the color and feel of knitting and wearing socks from Premier sock yarn. I have most of the colors and have knit several pair. My only suggestion is to make sure you knit with negative ease as the yarn does grow a little as the day goes own and you wear the socks. One of the nice things is the care-wash and wear.
Love the look and feel of this yarn. I will continue to add this to my stash.

I bought the Banana Fruit Yarn and it is fun to knit. Mary Maxim has the best price for this yarn. One needs two balls for a pair of socks.
Very thin yarn== like string found it very hard to work with especially at the beginning. five needles too many. four worked better. would not recommend this for sox.

If ya really want a great sock yarn, Premier’s Fruit is just perfect.
I ordered the sock yarn for a friend. She loves the yarn. She just started making the socks the other day.
Recommend 1 ball per foot. Also, I have had skeins in backwards order with the pattern. I would also recommend using smaller needles than regimens if using for socks. I had a lot of fun knitting with it
