I bought this yarn a few months ago. Made some lovely sachets, Christmas ornaments. Easy to crochet, very little splitting. Comes out of center skein very well. No knots… very sparkly… also soft n is a good #4! I recommend !
This is a wonderful kit I love the finished trivet and have enough to make another Trivet I started on second and will be able to give to each of my daughters. Designer is a lovely lady to listen as she explains with such patience

I am not new to Tunisian crochet but I am new to cables. I was having issues. I contacted Mary Maxium and Julie got back to me. Julie was a big help and patient walking me through the steps. I ended up reversing the cables because I felt this was easier. If you can see my picture you can see a cable from left to right (bottom right) which looks kind of pinched but going from right to left looks much better. IMO.

Very easy. The colours are different though - I don’t think the amounts required for the size 4 are sufficient. I substituted and changed quite a few. Personal preference too.
This is a very easy to follow pattern and I was able to make the color I wanted in size 4 by adding a few of my own combinations of granny squares. My only disappointment was that the yarn was Caron craft yarn multi-pack. I want to try making it again, so I have just purchased Red Heart multi-pack offered by Mary Maxim for next sweater.
